Beginning with a 3D computer model of a dodecahedron, twelve images were selected at random, each taking the 3D object from a different angle. These were then transferred manually as a graphite drawing onto black cloth paper. The twelve drawings deconstruct a complex form through multiple 2D renderings, each containing their own individual qualities. The graphite on black cloth creates an intimate space as the viewer must engage closely and directly with the work to define the almost invisible geometric shape.
