Objects

For this ongoing project, non-organic items are removed from different seas across the world. They are cast in recycled concrete, creating simple cubic forms. Each object acts as an azoic monument to our destructive tendencies, and complicity in environmental degradation. The title references the geological term for a foreign body enclosed within rock.
